THE ROLE / TE MAHI

Ko Taku Reo is seeking one of our RTD’s within the Manawatu Team to step up to the Lead Teacher role for a 0.2 FTE release on a permanent basis to help progress the work in the Outreach School strategic plan (direct/indirect service etc). Support and guidance in this new role will be given. To take on this role, you will need to be able to do caseload work in the Manawatu region and meet with the team at the base on Tuesday afternoons as well as attend any other professional development days with the team.

This is a learning opportunity to gain new leadership skills and you will be supported by the Regional Leader and the team.
